Building Advantage Supports Efforts to Invest in American Family Field
[Milwaukee, WI] – Building Advantage supports Governor Evers’ plan to provide $290 million for the long-term improvement of American Family Field. As the legislature considers the proposal, we look forward to supporting them in their efforts to ensure that this critical investment is included in June’s budget adoption.
“Building Advantage is hopeful that both sides of the political aisle will work together in a bipartisan fashion to extend the life of American Family Field,” said Chris Mambu Rasch, Building Advantage’s Executive Director. “The plan will also ensure that Major League Baseball and our beloved Brewers will stay in Milwaukee for the next twenty years. The state’s proposed investment will have a profound impact on the construction industry and will be an economic multiplier for our community.”
Building Advantage applauds Governors Evers’ one-time inclusion of funds to support these necessary improvements to the stadium.
Building Advantage is a joint management and labor council for the commercial construction industry.
